  • All payments must be made in EURO
  • Direct updates to your registration are not possible, however multiple registrations and corresponding payments using the same email are allowed

  • CANCELLATION POLICY
    • Request for registration cancellation must be made in writing and sent to:

    • All refunds will be processed and mailed following the CIKM 2007 Conference dates
    • Refunds will be made in accordance with the following schedule:
      • Cancellations received on or before August 31, 2007, will receive a full refund minus a 100€ processing fee
      • Cancellations received from August 31st, 2007 through October 6th, 2007 will receive a 50% refund minus a 100€ processing fee
      • No refunds will be made for requests received after October 6th, 2007
      • No refund for authors of any accepted papers will be honored in any case
