ILTER Annual Meeting 2012

The 2012 ILTER Annual Meeting will be held in Lisbon, Portugal from 17-21 September. It will feature science meetings, pre/post meeting tours to LTER Sites and surroundings, as well as the annual meeting of the ILTER Coordinating Committee (representatives from all ILTER member networks).

The objective of the meeting is to give an opportunity to LTER scientists from all over the world to exchange ideas and share their experiences regarding the development of LTER national and international networks and their role in the modern world. This year a focus will be given on the links between science, business and society aiming to bridge the gap between LTER research, business interests and major concerns by citizens.
