The world’s largest specialist PV Solar Conference - connect with the global PV community at EU PVSEC in September to gain knowledge, explore trends and discuss what is needed to keep up the new solar momentum in Europe.
The international Conference Programme is structured in plenary, oral and visual presentations. These cover the entire range of PV research, technologies and applications with a special emphasis on the latest scientific, technological and market-related trends.
EU PVSEC 2021 Opening Session
As Prof. João Serra (Ciências ULisboa), General Chair of the EU PVSEC 2021, explains in his message to the PV community: “With its strong reduction in LCOE, PV is at the forefront of new energy technologies to be a key contributor for change. PV benefits range from local energy production to large power plants. By combination with other technologies it expands its added value not only to cities, including buildings and mobility, but also to agriculture, water desalination and hydrogen production“.
While solar is the most versatile and often lowest cost power generation source in Europe today, EU PVSEC continues to strengthen the importance and potential of solar among global researchers, policy-makers and industry.
